Even if you are not a paddlesports outfitter we still welcome any contributions. TN Paddlesports Association is a non profit trade association but donations are not tax deductible.
Contributions
The IRS requires us to inform you that an estimated 45% of your payment for dues and contributions will be used to influence legislation and according to law is not deductible as a business expense. While the TN Paddlesports Association is a nonprofit TN corporation, donations are not deductible as a charitable donation.
